Our brains really benefit from exercising as we talk and it’s a great way to build a relationship – where we can really get to grips with your business issues.
Getting outside in the fresh air (and generating some Vitamin D) will benefit your body as well as your mind.
The format is a 10 minute Zoom call followed by 45 minutes of walking – wherever you like (pandemic times).
Note that this is not linked to my calendar just now due to weather conditions – once booked we will arrange a mutually convenient time on a day when the weather forecast is appropriate!
Currently reduced to £59 per session.
